An ordinance approving Supplemental Budget No. 4 under the General Fund and Supplemental Budget No. 3 under the Infrastructure Fund for Calendar Year 1990 involving the sum of ninety-nine million five hundred eighty-four thousand six hundred fifty-three pesos (P99,584,653.00) and six million seven hundred fifty thousand pesos (6,750.000.00), respectively and providing funds for the purpose.
