Based on evaluation of statistical data gathered, the Tech4ed awarded QCPL the highest rank among public libraries and 2nd on the top list nationwide which composed of candidates from public schools and libraries. For just less than a year of Tech4ed operation inside the Multi-media and Internet Service Section of QCPL Main, the number of users it served and catered is simply overwhelming
