A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception to TERMS Concrete and Materials Testing Laboratory Inc./Spouses Eric B. Santos and Rowena S. Santos for the construction and operation of a Two (2)-Storey Commercial Building with Roof Deck (Materials Testing Laboratory) and One (1)-Storey Employees Quarters (As Built) located at Lot 2, (No. 207) M. Aquino Road, Barangay Tandang Sora, District VI, Quezon City, allowing Deviation from the Restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
