Abstract
Cong. Jorge Banal Jr. sponsored a storytelling training which
was attended by QCPL and barangay staff last Sept. 30, 2011 in coordination with the National Book
Development Board.
Cong. Banal has been a consistent supporter of the QC Public
Library in all its activities even when
he was still a Councilor of the 3rd
district of Quezon City
