Abstract
An ordinance approving the Subdivision Plan with One Hundred Seventy Five (175) lots of a Socialized Housing Project under the Community Mortgage Program of a parcel of land containing an area of Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Two (8,802) square meters gross project area, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered RT-26712 (46584 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of spouses Sixto Tan and Gregoria L. Tan, located at 66-A-3, (LRC) PSD-7832, Dove St., Area 4, Sitio Veterans, Barangay Bagong Silangan, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the D' Lucky Homeowners Association, Inc., as represented by its President, Mr. Victorio P. Dela Pisa as a variance pursuant to Section 9, Rule III of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.
