Abstract
A resolution authorizing the City Mayor to negotiate with the owner for the possible acquisition of Lot 11, Block 106, consisting of two hundred forty nine square meters (249 sq. m.) consisting of two hundred forty nine square meters (249 sq.m.) covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 360995 located at 118 Gomez Street, Barangay Paltok, Quezon City and for the eventual sale/award to the bonafide/qualified lessees/residents of the area and to such other beneficiaries authorized by the Quezon City government.
