| dc.description.abstract | It was June 21, 2016 when the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Economic and Financial Learning Center (EFLC) Manager Ms. Nelia R. Balagapo personally visited the Quezon City Public Library (QCPL) together with her staff Mr. Rothman Lim. They came to the library and lay a project proposal to the QCPL City Government Department Head III, Ms. Emelita L. Villanueva which is the Establishment of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Library Network. The BSP intended to include different partner libraries from the National Government agencies, academe and local government units (LGU) as well as private entities on this proposed project. | en_US |
