Abstract

A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception to Raquel Lopez, married to Rolando Lopez, for the construction and operation of an As Built: 6-Storey Commercial Building with Additional 2 Floors (7th and 8th Floors) located at Lots 2 and 3, Block 6, (No. 12) Faustino Street, Barangay Holy Spirit, District II, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Quezon City Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
