Abstract

An ordinance requiring all truck owners or operators or any person to store gasoline, alcohol, petroleum or other combustible articles or materials in a bodega or building at least 100 meters away from any residential building or house, and pay a regulatory fee of twenty pesos (P20.00) a year for the storage thereof.
