Abstract

A Resolution Authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, to Acquire through the Negotiated Sale and to Execute A Deed of Absolute Sale for the purchase of a parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 004-2023014375, registered under the names of Angelito Vicente Manahan married to Eventina E. Manahan, et. al.., represented by their Attorney-In-Fact and Co-Owner, Francisco Teodoro C. Vicente, with an area of twenty thousand seventy-six (20,076) square meters more or less, and located at area 5, Barangay Bagong Silangan, District 11, Quezon City, intended for the development of a Socialized Housing Project for the benefit of the Informal Settler Families (ISFs) in Quezon City
