Fabonan for (As Built) One (1)-Storey Warehouse and Three (3)-Storey Office Building with Ground Floor Parking located at Lots 3-B and 3-C, No. 32 Arty 1 Road, Arty Homeowners Association, Barangay Talipapa, District VI, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Quezon City Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
