A Resolution authorizing the City Mayor , Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte , to acquire through negotiated sale and to execute a deed of absolute sale for the purchase of parcels of land covered by the Transfer Certificate of Title Nos. 004-2019004249,004-2019004251,N-256896,N-275559,004-2019004253,N- 205552,004-2011009257 registered under the name of the Manila Remnant Co. Inc. with an aggregate area of forty -one thousand six hundred thirty-nine(41,639) , more or less, located at Payatas A, Barangay Payatas ,District II , Quezon City , intended for the development of a socialized housing project for the benefit of the Quezon City 's Informal Settlers Families (ISF's).
