A Resolution authorizing the City Mayor , Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte , to acquire through negotiated sale and to execute a deed of absolute sale for the purchase of a parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 004-2013001930 registered under the name of Tofemi Realty Corporation with an area of fourteen thousand seven hundred forty-eight (14,748) square meters more ore less, located at lot 76, Lupang Pangako , Barangay Payatas , District II, Quezon City , Intended for the development of a socialized housing project for the benefit of the Quezon City Informal Settlers Families (ISFs).
