Abstract
An Ordinance granting all Tricycle Operators and Drivers Associations (TODAs) to operate Person with Disability (PWD) friendly motorized tricycle-for-hire with their designated zone/route, authorizing their specified Route Measured Capacities (RMCs) and granting franchises to their respective petitioners, and for other purposes.
