Abstract

An ordinance approving the Subdivision Plan for a Socialized Housing Project under the Community Mortgage Program, applied for and by the Magkakasama Homeowners Association, Inc., Sampaguita Chapter Lot 30 of Old Balara, with an area of two thousand square meters (2,000 SQ.M.) containing fifty-three (53) lots located at Laura Street, Purok 3, Area 5, Barangay Old Balara, Quezon City, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered RT-77606 and issued by the registry of deeds of Quezon City in the name of Segundina Lammoglia, subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
