A Resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, to acquire through negotiated sale and to execute a Deed of Absolute Sale for the purchase of a parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 82746, registered under the name of H&M Resources, Inc., with an area of Fifteen Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-Six (15,726) square meters, more or less, located at Kapisanan Street, Area 5, Sitio Veterans, Barangay Bagong Silangan, District 11, Quezon City, intended for the development of a Socialized Housing Project for the benefit of Quezon City's Informal Settler Families (ISFs)
