Abstract

An ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 5900, S-64, prohibiting the formation or organization of notorious gangs like the "Bahala Na", Sigue-Sigue", "Oxo" "Sputnik" and others of similar character, and use of of tatoo by members thereof for the perpetuation of notorious or nefarious acts, and providing penalties thereof.
