Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of an economic housing project (BP Blg. 220) with 8-unit townhouses, containing four hundred (400) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered N-215968 of the registry of deeds of Quezon city, owned by Spouses Noel Roberto & Pia Margarita U. Escueta, and located at lot 6, block 24 (LRC) PCS-8124, Hillman Street, Fairview Park Subdivision, Barangay Fairview, Quezon city, Metro Manila, and as applied for by the owners, subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon city ordinance no. SP-56, S 93 and batas pambansa Blg. 220.
