Belmonte , to acquire through negotiated sale and to execute a deed of absolute sale for the purchase of parcels of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Nos. 004-2020006302,004-202006304, 004-202006306,004-2020006308,004-2020006309,004-2020006310,004-2020006311,004-2020006313, 004-2020006315 and 004-202006320 registered under the name of Tofemi Realty Corporation , with an aggregate area of forty-five thousand fifty -nine (45,059) Barangay Payatas , District II, Quezon City , intended for the development of a Socialized Housing Project for the benefit of the Quezon City's Informal Settlers Families (ISF's).
