Abstract

Amending Ordinance No. 5454, S-63, granting free education in Quezon City, not only in the elementary grades but also in the high schools, so as to add a proviso to Section One thereof such that students whose parents are earning less than five hundred pesos a month shall be entitled to free tuition; students whose parents are earning more than five hundred pesos but less than one thousand pesos a month shall pay fifty percent of the tuition fee, and whose parents are earning more than one thousand pesos a month shall pay the full amount of the tuition fee.
