Abstract
An ordinance authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Feliciano R. Belmonte Jr., to create, establish and institutionalize the Little League of Quezon City with the objective providing an Avenue for our Public School students a chance to get a College Education for free thru Athletic Scholarship as well as to appropriate the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (P200,000.00) annually for the operations and other training requirements of the league.
