Abstract

A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Special Use Permit to FBC1718 Xfinity Opc/Nixon G. Lim for the construction and operation of the Proposed Gasoline Station (Xfinity) with Three (3)-Storey Employees' Quarters and Two (2)-Storey Office Building with Roof Deck located at Lot 7, Block 2, Commonwealth Avenue, Barangay Fairview, District V, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Quezon City Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
