Soller, Sr., for the construction and operation of as built: Two (2) One (1)-Storey Terminal Shed (Public Transport Terminal) located at Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 (Road Lot), (No. 248) General Luis Street, Barangay Novaliches, Proper, District V, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, as amended, otherwise known as the Quezon City Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016
