Abstract
The Quezon City Public
Library and the Barangay Operations Center join hands in
the conduct of Values formation Seminar with the
theme “Tamang Kaalaman sa
Pagmamagulang ay Tagumpay
ng Isang Barangay”, to all
the 142 barangays in Quezon
City, led by the agencies’
Heads, Ms. Emelita Villanueva
and Mr. Jorge Felipe respectively. This will be a long term
project considering the vast
number of barangays.
