An ordinance authorizing the chaters neighborhood association, a confederation of carmel I, carmel II, Hayaville, Teresa and San Miguell-Fullion subdivisions, to construct, install, man and maintain security gates within their respective areas of their association in barangay Bahay Toro, Quezon City.
