Abstract

A resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, to acquire through negotiated sale and to execute a Deed of Absolute Sale for parcels of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Nos. 46697, 51121, 51120, 78442, 67547 and 64758, containing an area of 11,250 square meters, more or less, situated in Tindalo Street, Feria Road, Barangay Matandang Balara, District III, Quezon City, intended for the development of a Socialized Housing Project for the benefit of Informal Settler Families (ISFs) in Quezon City.
