A resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, to acquire through negotiated sale and to execute a Deed of Absolute Sale for the purchase of a parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 004-2013001930 registered under the name of Tofemi Realty Corporation, with an area of fourteen thousand seven hundred forty-eight (14,748) square meters, more or less, located at Lot 76, Lupang Pangako, Barangay Payatas, District III, Quezon City, intended for the development of a socialized housing project for the benefit of the Quezon City's Informal Settler Families (ISFs).
