Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a socialized housing project (BP Blg. 220) with Twenty-one (21) lots, community mortgage program, containing an area of one thousand two hundred fifty-five square meters (1,255 SQ. M.),covered by transfer certificates of title numbered N-190606 and 12605 of the registry of deeds of Quezon city, registered in the name of samahang magkakapitbahay ng sitio aguardiente homeowners association, Inc., and located at lot 29 (LRC) PSD-194367 & Lot 30,FLS-2696-D, Magdalena st., Barangay Sta. Monica, Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the owner,subject to the conditions prescribed by Quezon City ordinance no. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
