FlashBack 80's : QCPL "Bagets" themed Christmas Party

Abstract

While others are being inspired by "Millennials" where the usage of digital technologies and social media including its fashion are popular, the Administrative Services (Admin., Records and inventory Units) together with the District Libraries Division, through the initiative of of the City Librarian, Ms. Emelita L. Villanueva, thought of bringing back the "80's Style",neon colors, curly hair, hoop/loop earrings, colored stockings, miniskirts and the like are in. All the employees were in big smile, all wore colorful clothings as they party at the Reference Section on the 20th of December 2019, adorned with 80's atmosphere, decorated by the Puppeteers headed by Mr. Gilbert Gallaza.
