Abstract
A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception to Cathy Oas Langilao, for the construction of Five (5) Units/Two (2)-Storey Commercial Building (As Built) located at Lot 2, Block 2, Bukidnon Street corner Nueva Ecija Street, Barangay Ramon Magsaysay, District I, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
