Abstract

Staff development is one of the projects of the District Libraries Division initiated by Ms. Analiza C. Martinez, Head -DLD, to develop staff skills and as part of the continuing learning process. Thus, Library-in- charge from the different branch libraries and main library’s paraprofessional staff attended the seminar-workshop on library updates on September 16, 2019
