Arias for a 1-Storey Wet and Dry Market (12 Stalls) (As Built) located at Lots 1, 2, 22 and 23, Block 22, J.P. Rizal Street corner A. Mabini Street and Visayas Avenue Extension, Barangay Sta. Lucia, District V, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
