Sotto, and the Honorable Members of the 22nd Quezon City Council to Barangay Apolonio Samson of District V1, Quezon City, for being chosen as one of the passers in the 2024 Seal of Good Local Governance for Barangay (SGLGB) conferred by the Department of the Interior and Local Government - National Capital Region (DILG-NCR)
