Abstract

A resolution amending Quezon City Resolution No. SP-9917, S-2024 entitled "A Resolution Authorizing the Issuance of a Certificate of Exception to Unioil Petroleum Philippines, Inc. for the construction of a Proposed Gasoline Station (Unioil) with 1-Storey Commercial Building located at Lots 18 and 20, Block 2, Commonwealth Avenue Corner Don Ernesto Street, Barangay Holy Spirit, District II, Quezon City, allowing Deviation provided under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Quezon City Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016” to change the Permit Type from Certificate of Exception To Special Use Permit.
