Abstract

A resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, to acquire through a negotiated sale and to execute a Deed of Absolute Sale for the purchase of 'a parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 004-2018003239 registered under the name of Teresita Dedel-Danguilan, with an area of 830 square meters, more or less, located at Kabilugan Street, Barangay Gulod, Novaliches, District V, Quezon City, intended for the development of a socialized housing project for the benefit of the Quezon City's Informal Settler Families (ISFs).
