Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Fairview Par Homes Verdena 2-storey duplex townhouse with twelve(12) units, containing an area of nine hundred sixty (960) Square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered RT-33093 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of government service insurance system, located at lot 6, Blk. 4 (LRC) PCS-13293 Verdena St., Fairview Park homes, Fairview Park Subdivision, Barangay Fairview, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for the collective project management, Inc., with the office address at 5/F evekal Bldg. 855 panay road, Makati City, Metro Manila, is hereby approved, subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance no. SP-56, S-93 and P.D. 957.
