Abstract

A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception to BSC Realty, Inc./Betty Sy Chua for the Proposed 93 Units/10-Storey Condominium with Lower Ground Floor located at Lot 8, Block 110, (No. 16) Marunong Street corner Mapagbigay Extension, Barangay Central, District IV, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
