Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Montville Place Selecta with eighty five (85) lots, located at lot 14 & 15, Selecta Drive, a Bonifacio Avenue Barangay Pag-ibig sa Nayon, Quezon City, Metro Manila, registered in the name of Harvard Multiland Realty Corporation covered by Transfer Certificates of Title Numbered N-212601 & N-212602 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, consisting an aggregate area of five thousand five hundred sixty seven (5,567) square meters as represented by Mr. Benito M, Certeza with office address at RM. 405 Cedar Executive Building, No. 26 Timog Avenue corner Scout Tobias, Quezon City, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Presidential Decree No. 957.
