Abstract

A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception as to Land Use and Parking Requirements to Suarez Metaplas Industries, Inc. for the construction and operation of a 3-Storey Storage Room, 1-Storey Warehouse with Mezzanine and 3-Storey Warehouse with Roof Deck (All As Built) located at Lot 10, Block IN-1, 20th Avenue, Barangay Tagumpay, District III, Quezon City, as provided under the provisions of Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
