Abstract

An ordinance declaring a property forfeited in favor of the Quezon City Government through an auction sale, identified as lot 681-D12, PSD-28126, covered by transfer certificate of title (TCT) No. RT-39761 (279642), previously owned by Ramon Z. Escarilla, containing an area of more or less one thousand (1,000) sqiuare meters, located in Palayan Compound, Barangay Culiat, Quezon City, as socialized housing project on said property for the benefit of the City's qualified informal settler families (ISFS)
