this city, comprising of two hundred forty nine square meters (249 sq. m.), covered by TCT no. 354160 of the registry of deeds of quezon city under the name of philippine national bank (PNB), and appraised by the city`s committee on appraisal for sixty two thousand two hundred fifty philippine pesos (62,250.00), the said parcel of land being part of the city`s road network.
