Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan with two hundred thirty three (233) lots of a Socialized Housing Project under the Community Mortgage Program of a parcel of land containing an area of ten thousand six hundred forty seven (10,647) square meters gross project area, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered N-274850 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of Kanejin Corporation located at lot 57-F-5 PSD-00-063777 Kanlaon Street, Phase 3, Group 2, Area B, Barangay Payatas, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the Samahan at Kabalikat ng Residente ng Kanejin Homeowners Association, Inc., represented by its President, Mr. Junlie V. Baluntong, as variance pursuant to Section 9, Rule III of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.
