Abstract

An Ordinance approving the subdivision plan of pasong tamo housing project with one thousand thirty free (1,033) saleable lots located at lot 1, PCS-00-011225 and lot 1, PCS-00-011226, Barangay road, Roque street, sitio pingkian, barangay pasong tamo, Quezon City, Registered in the anme of alveo land corporation and covered by transfer certificates of title numbered 004-2015015496 and 004-201501549 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, Containing an area of seventy seven thousand three hundred thirty-six (77,336) square meters, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the implementing standards, rules and regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and batas pambansa bilang 220.
