An ordinance granting amusement tax exemption to the Philippine National Red Cross, Quezon City Chapter, for the film showing of "Goldeneye" for the duration of its showing, beginning last January 4, 1996, as provided for under PD 1643 and Section 192 of RA 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991.
