Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a residential housing project (BP Blg. 220) with fifteen (15) lots, community mortgage program, containing an area of six hundred square meters and twenty square decimeters (600.20SQ. M.), covered by transfer certificates of title numbered 82491, 82492, & 82493, of the registr of deeds of Quezon City, registered in the names of Matilde T. Reyes, Aurora T. Chong and Rodrigo Q. Terania, respectively, and located at lots 122-A, 122-B & 122-C, PSD-007404-022395-D, Bayabasan st., Barangay Gulod, Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the samahang pagkakaisa ng magkakapitbahay ng Bayabasan-Genoveva Homeowners Association inc., subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-92 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
