Bessat for the As Built conversion of One (1) Unit/One (1)-Storey Residence and One (1) Unit/Three (3)-Storey Residence into a Warehouse located at Lot 14, Block 4, Chestnut Street, Barangay Fairview, District V, Quezon City, allowing deviation provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Quezon City Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
