QCPL Puppets and Knowledge Channel

Abstract

Puppets and good stories, rolled into one project. Quezon City Public Library (QCPL) represented by the City Librarian, Emelita L. Villanueva, recently signed a Memorandum of Agreement with Knowledge Channel Foundation, Incorporation (KCFI) last February 14, 2019, at Quezon City Public Library Conference room. Both parties commit to share and implement their innovative goals in their field of expertise and that is in puppetry and in educational television. “QCPL has the puppets and that is something we really want to put in our show, in our “Basa Bilang Project.” – Executive Director and President of KCFI, Ms. Rina Lopez Bautista shared.
