Abstract

An ordinance approving the Subdivision Plan of a Socialized Residential Housing Project (Model E-BP 220) with fifteen (15) Lots, Community Mortgage Program, containing an area of five hundred ninety-one (591) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered 15158 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, registered under the name of Labrador Realty, Inc., Located at Lot 3, Block 11, PCS-2874, Presidential St., Dolor Estate, Barangay Batasan Hills, District II, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the Beneficiaries of Block 11, Lot 3 Homeowners Association, Inc. (Labrador Realty Inc. Property), Represented by its President, Mr. Orlando Bermundo, Subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
