Abstract
The Quezon City Library and Information Center Novaliches Branch conducted a Hat and Basket
Making seminar for the Trick or Treat Halloween activity which was held at the Cafe@Lib located inside the
library last October 23, 2015. This is a yearly tradition held in the said branch in observance of All Saints
Day and All Souls Day during the month of November. The materials used for the hats and baskets are all
from recyclable materials which encourages us to be environmentally friendly.
