Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a two-storey townhouse project with roof deck (Economic housing with 8-lots), containing an area of four hundred twenty (420) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered 145803 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of Lydia D. Zuniga, and located at lot 10, block 3, PSD-3473, San Pociano street, San Antonio Homes, Barangay New Era, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the owner, subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
