Abstract
An ordinance mandating all owners, operators, managers and/or administrators of business establishments serving food and/or drinks in its premises such as restaurants, bars, cocktail lounges, beer gardens and such other similar establishments, to provide a continuous supply of clean and potable running water and imposing penalties for violations thereof.
